During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless blend of tradition and modernity at this cozy boutique hotel in Erfurt. The culinary experience was a highlight, akin to a cultural immersion. Dining intimately with other guests in the historic private dining hall was a unique touch, while the staff's preparation of fresh omelettes added a personalized touch to breakfast.The historical backdrop of the 15th-century Church of Our Lady, visible from the hotel, added a sense of depth to the stay. The quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful night's sleep, ensuring a restful stay. The ability to host both small private gatherings and larger receptions speaks to the hotel's versatility and attention to detail in catering to various needs.The location, just a short drive from Erfurt, made exploring the city convenient, further enriching the overall experience. If ever in the area again, this hotel would be my top choice for its harmonious fusion of heritage and contemporary comforts.
